What we do with these details
Who's collecting it. Premiere Cargo, the trading name of Premiere Collection, Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia. Write to info@premierecargo.org.
Why. To give you a US address, match packages arriving there to you, clear them through Saint Lucia Customs, take payment, and deliver them.
What's required, and what happens if you skip it.
- Name — required. It goes on the package label; without it a box cannot be matched to you.
- Email and password — required. They are your login, and where we tell you a package has arrived.
- Phone — needed in practice. Our driver calls it on the day; without one a delivery that goes wrong cannot be put right.
- Delivery area — needed to work out your delivery charge and to route the van.
- Exact location and directions — optional. Most addresses here aren't on a map, so a landmark helps; you can leave both blank.
Who else sees it. Saint Lucia Customs (to clear your goods), Stripe (to take payment), Resend (to email you), and Supabase and Vercel, who host the system. Our own drivers see only the stops on their own run.
Anything further. We use these details only to run the service. We don't sell them, and we don't send marketing.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it — most of it you can edit yourself in your account — or ask us to delete what we're not legally required to keep. Full detail in our privacy policy.
