About

Getting things to Saint Lucia shouldn't be the hard part of buying them

Half the internet won't ship here, and the half that will charges more for the shipping than the item. So we put a warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, took a weekly sailing, and made it somebody's actual job to get your package to your door.

How we operate

Four commitments

01

Your box is not a number to us

We log every package to your account the day it lands, photograph anything that arrives damaged, and tell you before you have to ask.

02

Thursday means Thursday

The sailing goes every week whether it's full or not. If your package made the Tuesday cutoff, it's on that ship.

03

No surprises when you pay

Freight is per cubic foot and delivery is a fixed fee for your zone — both visible in your account before we knock. Duty is Customs' number and we show you their assessment, not a marked-up version of it.

04

We clear it ourselves

Our own people file with Saint Lucia Customs at Vieux Fort. Nothing waits on a third-party broker who has never heard of you.

Two ends, one company

A warehouse in Florida, a team in Vieux Fort

Our own staff receive your package in Florida and our own staff clear it and deliver it here. Nobody hands your box to a stranger in the middle.
