How it works

You shop. We do the rest of it.

You get a real street address in Fort Lauderdale. Anything delivered there gets logged to your account, put on Thursday's sailing, cleared through Saint Lucia Customs, and driven to your door.

    We clear it through Customs

    1–2 days after arrival

We file with Saint Lucia Customs and work out the duty. This is why we need your receipt — Customs values your goods from it.

Upload your receipt when you order. Without it Customs values the goods themselves — almost always higher than you paid — and the package can't clear until it's supplied.

    Delivered to your door

    Flat rate by zone

We deliver anywhere on the island for a flat rate based on your zone. Everything is paid online first, so the driver never handles money and the handover takes a minute.

Questions

The things people ask us

Why do you need my receipt or invoice?

Saint Lucia Customs assesses duty on what you actually paid. Without a receipt they value the goods themselves, which is almost always higher — and your package can't be cleared until it's supplied. Upload it in your account when you order and nothing stalls.

How is the shipping cost worked out?

Freight is EC$10.00 per cubic foot with a 1 cu ft minimum, plus EC$6.00 handling and EC$1.00 insurance per package. Delivery is a flat rate for your zone — one number for where you live, and it never moves. Duty and VAT are separate again, because Customs sets those. Everything is quoted in EC$ and paid online; your card is charged in US dollars at the rate shown when you pay.

What's the cutoff for Thursday's sailing?

5pm Tuesday, Florida time. Your package has to be physically in the warehouse by then — not just ordered, and not just out for delivery to us. It sails Thursday.

How long does the whole thing take?

Reckon on 7 to 10 days from the moment your package reaches our warehouse. It sails Thursday, berths at Vieux Fort the following Tuesday, clears in a day or two, and goes out for delivery after that.

Is there anything you can't ship?

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable liquids and aerosols, and anything prohibited by Saint Lucia Customs. Batteries and some electronics have restrictions — ask us before you order if you're unsure.

Can a business use this?

Yes, and many do. Business accounts get consolidated invoicing, credit terms once established, and a named coordinator. Talk to us and we'll set it up properly.
