EC$10.00 per cubic foot, plus EC$7.00 per package
Freight is charged by the room your package takes up on the ship, with a 1 cu ft minimum. Delivery is a flat rate for your zone. Duty and VAT are set by Saint Lucia Customs and paid online with everything else.
Everything is quoted in EC dollars. Card payments are charged in US dollars at EC$2.72 = US$1.00 — the rate is fixed at the moment you pay.
1 cu ft minimum, so the smallest box is EC$10.00. Every package also carries EC$6.00 handling and EC$1.00 insurance.

Customs assesses import duty on the value of your goods, plus VAT. Duty depends on what the item is.

The flat rate covers packages up to 8 cubic feet. Anything bigger — furniture, appliances, a bulk order — takes up most of a van on its own, so we price that delivery individually and tell you the figure before you pay.
Somewhere not listed? Ask us — we deliver everywhere on the island, we just need to work out which half you are on.

Some of this is the shipping line's rule, some is Saint Lucia Customs. If you're unsure, ask before you order — much cheaper than having it seized.

Shipping regularly, or in volume?
Business accounts get consolidated invoicing, terms once established, and a named coordinator. Anything in the Fort Lauderdale warehouse by 17:00 Tuesday sails on Thursday and berths at Vieux Fort the following Tuesday.
